Sweet white wine "Dalva" Dry White Porto is made from a blend of varieties Malvasia FINA, of Viosinho, Donzelinho Branko Gouveia. After pressing is followed by alcoholic fermentation process, which takes place in temperature-controlled tanks. On the third day they add aguardente. Aging of port wine is produced in large French oak barrels for two years. The port is advised to store upright in a cool dark place. Storage capacity is 5 years. The wine has a brilliant citric colour.
Aromatic bouquet of port wine is replete with notes of ripe, juicy lemons, hints of dried leaves and attractive floral tones.
